In therapy, the therapist might take a more directive role. • Solutions: Parent coaching emphasizes practical tools and techniques based on child development and evidence-based practices. Therapy often dives deeper into the underlying emotional roots of issues.

Essentially, coaching helps you get where you want to go, therapy helps you heal and understand why you are where you are now. During our time together, we will delve into your experience as a child, but this is because our past informs our present and our future. It will be used as a tool in my coaching, but not the main event.

There are no refunds for my services, but I will work to the best of my abilities to serve during our time together in a way that not only satisfies you but delights and engages you. If we find that we are not a match, I will work with you to recommend other Coaches who may be a better fit
